Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to excursion inquiries and reservations arranged through Loro Azul Tours Punta Cana. Your final confirmation may include tour-specific conditions that form part of your booking.
Prices and availability
Website prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are starting prices unless stated otherwise. Availability, pickup area, group size, selected options and supplier changes may affect the final price. A reservation is confirmed only after we accept the booking and receive the required deposit.
Deposits and balance
The required deposit and accepted payment method will be stated before payment. The remaining balance is due according to your written confirmation. Do not send payment to an account that has not been confirmed through our official WhatsApp number.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, refund and rescheduling rules vary by excursion and operator. We will provide the applicable policy before confirming your booking. Same-day cancellations, missed pickups and no-shows may be non-refundable.
Weather and safety
Operators may change, delay or cancel activities when weather, marine conditions, mechanical issues or safety concerns require it. We will assist with an available reschedule or the remedy provided by the applicable operator policy. Guests must follow guide instructions and disclose relevant health, mobility, pregnancy, age or weight restrictions before booking.
Transportation and timing
Pickup times are estimates and may change due to traffic, resort access, other pickups or operating conditions. Guests are responsible for being at the confirmed meeting point on time with the required identification and belongings.
Third-party operators
Some experiences are delivered by independent operators. Loro Azul Tours acts as a booking and coordination service and is not responsible for events beyond reasonable control, while remaining available to support guests and communicate with suppliers.
